Daytime Activities

In warm weather, deck 9 is the place to be with a choice of two inviting swimming pools. Pampering is par for the course too, with four whirlpools and a range of indulgent treatments in the Cunard Royal Spa & Fitness Centre. Our public rooms include the card room and for relaxation of the mind, browse an array of titles in the library where rich wood panelling, stained glass and a spiral staircase create a haven of tranquillity.

Children's Activities

  • The Night Nursery
    The Night Nursery is open from 6.00pm to 11.00pm. This facility is available to children aged 12 months to 23 months and operates on a first come first served basis.
  • The Play Zone
    The Play Zone is a permanently supervised play area, staffed by qualified early years staff, for children aged 1-7 years. Activities include arts, crafts, books, puzzles and variety of toys and computer games.
  • The Kids Zone
    Supervised by Youth Staff, The Zone is an area designed for 8-12 year olds providing games and activities such as games consoles plus sport competitions, arts and crafts and scavenger hunts.
  • The Teen Zone
    The Teen Zone is a club for the 13-17 year olds. Activities will include table tennis tournaments, team games and deck sports throughout the day, with pizza parties, discos, quizzes and bingo during the evenings.

Queen Victoria maintains our proud culinary traditions, as the three main restaurants and our new, elegant Verandah Restaurant, offer delicious menus created by Cunards Global Culinary Ambassador, Jean-Marie Zimmermann. There's also a host of alternative dining options from the relaxed Lido Buffet and Golden Lion Pub through to a variety of tempting global cuisines.

Queens Grill

Guests staying in our Queens Grill Suites have a table reserved in the world-renowned Queens Grill restaurant. You'll always be greeted warmly by name, and appreciate the ultimate interpretation of White Service during breakfast, lunch and dinner, served when you wish between 6.30pm and 9pm.

Princess Grill

Our sophisticated, intimate Princess Grill restaurant serves up unerringly excellent cuisine for breakfast and lunch, and for dinner whenever it suits you between 6.30pm and 9pm each evening. To match your choice, our sommelier will gladly talk through the impressive wine list. In warmer weather the courtyard offers al fresco dining, wonderful in more exotic parts of the world.

Britannia Restaurant

Your table reservation is at Britannia Restaurant, where grandeur and occasion combine with exceptional service. Breakfast and lunch always feel special here and whether you've chosen to take your seat for dinner at 6pm or at 8.30pm, you can arrive with a flourish, down the steps of the curved staircase.

Lido

Offering a more casual, bright and airy ambience by day and night, this venue provides the perfect setting for a more relaxed dining experience. Each evening you will find a selection of dishes devoted to a specific theme, be it Italian, Indian or fondue.

The Verandah Restaurant

The new Verandah Restaurant on board Queen Victoria is a relaxed yet sophisticated alternative dining venue offering delicious contemporary French cuisine. With magical pairings of flavours, it is a culinary style that captures simplicity with style and excellence. Menus have been created by Culinary Ambassador Jean Marie Zimmermann.

Golden Lion Club

Night Time Entertainment

It may be night time that most sets the Queen Victoria experience apart from other ships.
